Best viewed in
800x600 resolution
Most Websites are
designed to be viewed with 800x600 screen resolution. If you can see our sites
without scrolling to the right, your monitor is already set to 800x600. However,
if you can only see about 80% of the page and need to scroll to the right to see
the rest, then your resolution is set to 640x480.
Your computer's
screen resolution is easy to change. Just follow the appropriate instructions
below.

1. Exit
all applications and right click anywhere on the
desktop.
|
A pop-up
menu will appear.
|

2. Choose
Properties from the pop-up menu.
|
The
Display Properties window will appear.
|

3. Click
the Settings tab.
|
The
Settings options will appear in the window.
|
|
4. In the
Desktop Area, move the slider bar until screen
resolution is set to 800 by 600 pixels, then click OK.
|
Windows
will display an OK/Cancel message box.
|
|
5. Click
OK.
|
In a few
seconds, Windows will resize your screen and display
another OK/Cancel message box.
|
|
6. Click
OK. (Note: Windows will revert to your original settings
if you do not respond to this message box within 10
seconds.)
|
Your
screen resolution is now set to 800x600. (Note: After
the change, everything on the screen will appear
somewhat smaller.)

1. Exit
all applications and choose Control Panels/Monitors
& Sound from the Apple menu.

The
Monitors & Sound window will appear.

2. Click
the Monitors button.
|
Color
Depth and Resolution options will appear in the window.

3. Click
the 800 x 600 setting.
|
The
screen will go black and then redraw at the new
resolution with an OK/Cancel dialog box.

4. Click
OK to accept the new setting.
|
Your
screen resolution is now set to 800x600. (Note: After
the change, everything on the screen will appear
somewhat smaller.)

After setting
your screen resolution to 800x600, you may change it back to its original
setting by following the appropriate instructions above but choosing the
original setting at the appropriate step.
